Hi, I’m Harshitha — the person behind both Aakruthi and Plan Craft Studio.

I started PlanCraft Studio a miniplanner brand last year because I loved planning and setting goals. But even after launching that, something felt incomplete.

The truth is — I’ve always loved sarees. But being short, I used to find them hard to manage. They’d feel too heavy or just uncomfortable. So, I slowly stopped wearing them even though I loved how elegant they looked. Somewhere inside, I always wished there were sarees that were easier to wear but still looked beautiful and rich.

That’s when the idea for Aakruthi came into my heart.

I wanted to create a saree brand that solves this exact problem — lightweight, wearable, yet classy and elegant sarees that women can actually enjoy wearing. Also, keeping options for people who are not keen on easy to drape sarees.

This is not just a business for me. It’s something close to my heart — a way to rediscover the joy of wearing sarees and helping other women feel the same. Whether you're short like me or not, if you love sarees and comfort, Aakruthi is for you.
