SALE

SALE AND PURCHASE OF GOODS

Aakruthi Sarees ("Seller") agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") on the terms set forth in this Agreement.

PURCHASE PRICE

Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website.

PAYMENT TERMS

The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due date at Checkout. Seller is entitled to pursue legal remedies and collect costs including legal fees and disbursements if necessary.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Aakruthi's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aakruthi disclaims responsibility for product quality or fitness for a particular purpose unless explicitly provided in writing. Aakruthi and its affiliates are not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits
  • Product or equipment loss
  • Replacement costs
  • Buyer’s time or data loss
  • Property damage
  • Third-party claims

The total liability is limited to the net purchase price of the actual goods delivered and paid for.

INFRINGEMENT LIABILITY

Aakruthi disclaims warranties of non-infringement. Aakruthi is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement related to the Goods.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers who have purchased from Aakruthi can exchange the sarees within 2 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Product is clearly defective or damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, body odor, or any damage
  • Price tags are intact
  • Invoice is produced

Cash refunds only in the case of recieving damaged product, when valid proofs are produced. Refunds will be in the form of a gift card valid for 6 months and redeemable on www.aakruthiethnics.com.

Exchange is only possible for products within the same price range. Dissatisfaction due to size, color, shape, or quality is not valid for exchange.

Note: There is no guarantee for fancy colors. Avoid detergent soaps and wash sarees and borders separately.

FORCE MAJEURE

Aakruthi will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to factors outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, labor issues, or supply shortages.

  • Buyer may not assign this Agreement without written consent
  • If any term is unenforceable, remaining terms remain effective
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India
  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts
  • Any other document conflicting with this Agreement is void unless agreed in writing
