📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after we receive your order and payment confirmation.
  
• Each saree is carefully inspected and packed to ensure you receive only the best quality.
  

🚚 Delivery Timelines

You can expect your order to be delivered within:

• 2–3 working days for metro cities (after dispatch)
  
• 5–7 working days for non-metro cities (after dispatch)
  

In total, delivery can take 4-10 working days from the date of order, depending on your location.

⚠️ Possible Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen situations like bad weather, strikes, or courier delays may sometimes affect shipping timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

💸 Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  
• Cash on delivery option is available for orders upto ₹5000 only. A ₹100 cash-handling charge is applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  

📞 Important Delivery Information

• A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive deliveries, as most courier partners follow an OTP-based delivery system.
  
• Failure to receive the OTP or attend the delivery call may result in a missed delivery. If the package returns to our warehouse:
  
• You will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
  

📍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email ID.
  
• You can use the tracking link to follow the journey of your order in real-time.
